Jamie I know it's off topic but if you could please recommend a good large frying pan that doesn't weight a ton. I love All-Clad and all the other high end pans but my wife has problems with her wrist and the weight of these pans. Also thanks for all your help with our L.A. schools and what you have been doing in general for our grandchildren. Thanks again and keep those videos coming. You are the best!

I am 15 years old, and I love cooking. I cook at home whenever I can, my dream is to go to Cookery school when im16 (End of next school year).

Whenever I do cook at home I only have 1 knife, and it's not great. I see that you have such wonderful knifes, and I'm pretty sure that you don't lack of any!

I know I should ask for things Online, but do you think it's possible for me to have one of your knifes?

It would be a dream come true.
