Bellydance Superstars don't really do this as much of their work is choreographed, because they are a troupe. Here, it's improvisation, she just knows the music by heart and makes up her own moves to it from muscle memory and knowing the Arabic rhythms - you have to learn them by heart. Lorna of Cairo does this too.

what an inspirational dancer! i could watch you dance for weeks! when a dancer dances with emotion like you did it so so makes the dance radiate. congratuations, i am too impressed! :)
