Approval Addiction Part 1

One reason we are unhappy is our obsession about getting peoples approval. We dont need to have peoples approval to be happy; we just need to accept that well never be able to please everyone. Even if we were perfect, we would still have people who would not like us and maybe they would even hate us. Have you ever known a president who had 100% of approval? We need to accept that some people dont like us and we must not focus on what they think of us.
