Exactly! I met a middle aged man a few days ago who said he was "in the process of converting into Islam". Lol he said that Islam has the potential to change the world, and it does!... If followed properly. I can't believe people could be so heartless. How do you just ignore and walk away from an elderly man who clearly needs help -.- Disgusting, really.

@discussislam People interpret many things many ways. Easy to misunderstand what I am saying if you don't believe in the message.

Our goal should be to understand as best we can even if we don't agree 100%. I don't know anyone I agree with 100%, even Muslims.

@discussislam You and a few others are stretching what I say and think it means that I condemn all western society, which is reflective of how you think, perhaps. Everyone of the people who walked by looking and ignoring are poor examples of humanity, this does not include anyone who had no knowledge of the event. Like you for example, were not a witness to the event so you are obviously not included in the list of those who are poor examples. Judge the individual for his actions not the group

@discussislam The connection with Islam is to share the teaching and concept of charity in Islam but you seem to have missed that.

People, Muslim and non-Muslim do not behave as they should.

And yes the bad ones are not behaving in a good way, just like a Christian or atheist who cheats on his spouse, they are not behaving in a good way.

@discussislam Actually I never made conclusions, you have done that. I was clear that I have seen this type of incident many times and more often than not people just walk on by.

That is the point of the video.. I am born and raised in the west and I am asking where are the "Western Morals & Values".

I see things getting worse not better. People are more and more selfish and have no time for others unless they get some benefit. Whats in it for me...
