Welcome to the first installment of Gearwire Tweaked. In this series we will be playing with some of the coolest synths we can get our hands on. These videos are presented without commentary which means all you'll hear is the synth. Dan starts off with a preset and proceeds to tweak the knobs until the sound is about as far from the preset as one can get.
We'll start off the series with the Access Virus TI Polar. This synth packs a lot of power into a small package. The number of kobs doesn't even come close to the amount of modulatory power packed into the LCD interface and the applicable encoders. While there is a nice amount of warmth available from this piece, the sound often drifts into the icy wind type sounds that its color suggests.
The learning curve is a bit steep on this one since the three main encoders under the screen are so multi-functional but once you find your way it is quite an enjoyable synth to play with. Check out the first Gearwire Tweaked video on the access Virus TI Polar. There's more to come.

@lvrsnvy Thats because the output you have your headphones plugged into is a mono output not stereo..you need to plug your headphones into the headphone jack, jack. Hope this helps if you havent figured it out by now.
