Final Fantasy V - Final Boss: Neo-Exdeath

Whoo, almost hit the ten-minute mark...

He had TEN minutes and he didn't pull off Grand Cross? That puts random status ailments on your characters. Bartz and Lenna can't be affected by many status ailments, though, because they have Ribbons equipped.

As you can see, this boss has four parts. Actually, it has six, but two of them can't be damaged (that's why Bartz, Lenna, and Faris were missing sometimes with X-Fight and Meteor). I don't know which one's which, but here's the LV & HP:

What class are Bartz and Lenna? They just look normal

That's what they are. They don't have a class. They would be Mimes like Cara and Faris, but then they can't equip the good weapons.

Hey, you have the same team as me, Samurai Bartz, Ninja Krile, Summoner/White mage Lenna and Time/Black mage Faris! Expect my guys were only level 41. I beat neo x death in my second try!

It smart to cast "Shell" "protect" "haste" and "blink" to your whole party while fighting just x death before he transform into Neo X death. this is how I beat him pretty easily since that attack that rapes only takes 600+ then!

By the way, I'm playing the PSone version, and the only thing that keeps killing me is this spell that does about 1600 damage to my whole party. If that had happened to you, it would have wiped you out too.

I'm stuck on the final battle and could use some advice. My party is average level 40 with a Samurai, Ninja, Time/Black Mage, and Summoner/White Mage.

First of all, how do you do that attack that attacks eight times? I do not have X-Fight, but I thought X-Fight only attacked twice.
