also when she is in the hospital they do a close up on her and the breathing tube under her nose is almost touching her eyes then they zoom out on her and the tube is far away from her eyes

actually a lot of the things you are pointing out are directional visual aids. Meant to draw the eye to the right place. im impressed a lot of people usually don't notice these things!
