Michiana BJJ, powered by Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu, implements alot of stability ball drills incorporated with position and partial training to teach eliminating gaps and maintaining positional superiority.
I'm sure it does. I, however, can only make two rotations without touching the mat yet. But I prefer if the air pressure is about 3/4. Kinda like how motorcycle stunt riders lower the pressure in their rear tires to get more tire surface to have contact with the street. Hope this helps!

Does the air pressure in the ball play a role? Is it easier if the ball is hard inflated? Just curious.
