Funny, its kinda silly to do in front of others especially if they dont know what your doing lol, but Ive never thought it was silly for me, found about it few months ago and it has helped me in so many ways, anxiety, stress, it even gets me warm when I start doing it. Sometimes I am sick, my nose aches, and EFT stop the pain faster and safer than any medicine.
