Only in 2002 and NOT other years?????
That " INCOME" from a retirement plan could of come from the interest "GAINED" and or the stock market from the federal reserve notes invested inwhich in return a GAIN/PROFIT/INCOME was "DERIVED"
He was NOT found guilty on his PRIVATE LABOR (HIS TIME) that was traded equally for whatever his agreement with another individual was.To TRADE EQUALLY ones TIME(LABOR)there is no GAIN.
Supreme Courts have Ruled to have " INCOME " there MUST BE A GAIN.
