On my birthday I needed something to do with the time before we were due to go to see Phantom of the Opera. I'd been meaning to go in here for a long time having watched repeats of the TV show with Jack Palance and later Craig Charles. Was great fun, wish I could show everything here but just not enough time. There's a photoset to go with it on my facebook if anyone wants a look.

  • i want to go soooo bad now but at £25.95 its a lot of money unless u get 2 for 1 deal

  • @tphillpot very true, it is one of the higher priced attractions in London. The plus side is though that you can very easily take quite a long time looking at everything, eating up pretty much the entire afternoon. When you weigh that up against things like London Dungeons or the London Bridge Experience (don't go there, it's rubbish) where they dictate how long you are in there. You are out earlier in those, and then you are spending even more money to fill your time. Not here, great value.

  • @Arkesus i am not one for being scared i hate it is it scarey thats one reason i could never go to the london dungeons i hate the ghost train too it does look really good thing i might take my walkman incase it is scarey i have painic attacks i might go for a day trip out there on my birthday on the 2nd sept and take a packed lunch and make a day of it

  • @tphillpot The dungeons does aim to scare you, depends on your threshold. There's a Sweeney Todd section, you are locked in a room full of chairs that you sit in, completely dark. The barbers voice travels around the room via speakers, and the chairs "touch you" to make you think he is behind you etc. Though when I went there, 20 or so whiney little French girls all got their cellphones out and used them as flashlights, spoilt the whole thing.

  • @Arkesus where is that, that the chairs touch u i would not like to be in there

  • @tphillpot The Dungeons.
