@Ynnor4009 Seeing as Daemon000Prince hasn't told anyone where it is, I will. Follow these directions:
Stand outside "Optimized Eugenics"
Go in through the "doors" on the left.
Keep on going down the corridor until you reach the door named "Test Subject Storage" (it should be at the very end of the corridor on the left)
Go through the door and on top of a counter right in front of you should be the diary.
(It was my last diary), Hope this helps. :)

i found 121 diaries on my own and cant find the last one lol.....dont let my laughter fool you im discouraged.

@MrBioninja well, I have 15 in fort frolic so maybe thats it. but i cant tell you the name or the location sorry man good luck. and according to your list my missing one is in hephaestus ill try looking there :)
