Kenny Loggins, Steve Perry, Don Henley, and Bruce Hornsby are talented singers from the 80's. I love the 80's music. It's real music. It's not crap like today's music and movies.

Hey Kenny, in case you are looking in on this blog (and you should - you are bearing your soul to your fans), I mean no disrespect with my comments above.
Let go, open a window and embrace each day. Stephen Batchelors's "Buddhism Without Beliefs" might be a better guide to your predicament.

Great interview with lots of insight, but I think Kenny needs to also let go a bit. "Working through" doesn't always "get you through" - some things are unresolvable. We need to move on. I hope not all his songs are now going to be about him "purging" or singing back to his wife. This guy is such an enormous talent. "This is It" is simply timeless and inspirational, no matter what reason it was written for. Go Kenny! Come to Sydney for a concert.
