Nice ride - really! I've owned four 340-S cars (two 68 and two 69). The coupe is useful because of the large (normal size) trunk. The Slant 6 is a good performer with decent economy... and they're HARD to kill!

I just bought a 67 notch back for 2400 it has some rust in the usual places but is still very respectable
seats were redone door panels,visors headliner and came with 4 fresh tires with original rally wheels

Nice ride....
Sounds like a similar Slant Six setup to mine -- although, your car is in better shape... You might try adding a more aggressive cam, it makes the Slant Six sound a lot meaner. I've got dual Flowmaster 40s, Offy Intake and racing cam to give it a nasty sound.

I decided to go with a mild upgrade cam for the six. Similar to a RV cam, with 252 duration.
