Oreo Dirt Cake Dessert

Ingredients:
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, ground fine
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip


Directions:
Cream butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese; set aside. Mix pudding and milk. Add Cool Whip to pudding mixture. Add first creamed mixture to pudding mixture and mix well. Put 1/2 of the cookie crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour filling mixture on top of crumbs and top with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate to set.
