  • what model is this? is the image too clear or too sharp where movies look like reality tv instead of movies cause i don't like that, do you know what i'm talking about

  • @lovelydiva06

This was 2 years ago model. Now the model is even greater with LA40C650, do nto worry about the movie quality turn into TV standard, it will still remain as Cinema feel in it, with sharper and brighter motions.

  • How is the motion of this tv on hd movies? Any lag? And also what about sports? Thanks.

  • @ivdimentia

This unit that you are looking at was last year model which i bought. Still works like a champ! It comes with 100hz motion plus engine, so watching sports are the most ideal one! ;-)

There will be no issue on lagging for Samsung TV using either thumb drive or mobile hard disk ti plug on the USB port for movie playing, as i am using both of it now. ;-)

  • hey i was wondering if ur just plugging the usb straight to the tv to view the movies or do u have to buy a seperate machine to able to view movies in usb. thanks in advance

  • @viethaii

Sorry for my slow response, with this TV, just a simple thumb drive will do the trick. Store your movie into the thumb drive and plug straight into the TV USB port, it will appear on screen for you to play on. Is that simple! The one i had which was last year's model, while now all Samsung LCD and LED tv are complete with DTS 2.1 codec support, so you can easily enjoy your MKV Full HD movies without purchase any extra DVD player device! ;-)

  • the best tv! <3

i'am buying a blu ray player soon...

    which do you prefer?

i want the cheapest and best ;-)

  • don't let shamsung shamyou !

  • @uktech That would be the perfect match for this TV, i have Imation media player which enable DTS codec, work like a champ now!

  • The best thing to use with this TV is an WDTV unit. It's very slim and fits behind the TV, Make sure you buy version 2 of the WDTV as that supports DTS downmixing.
