  • @clearcombat- any ground fighting on the street is too slow, I had an MMA buddy that took a knife from the back side in the prostate bacause his ground fighting was too slow for multiple opponets. I have to agree this guy is a joke, but I have studied Kenpo for 25 years, I was once jumped by 3 guys and they all found there asses on the ground in under 10 seconds so I know it works. I teach and I encourage peeps to be strikers for street fighting, know enough ground to get off of it.

  • The guy on the right would be typical of 90% of Ke?po instructors if he only gained a few more pounds in his midsection, a few more stripes on his belt, a little less hair on top and a rainbow or gold colored gi when he's not wearing the d34dly black gi.

At least he's doing the typical compliant drill bullshit and minimizing sparring.

  • MMA is a new fancy term for what has always existed in MA, add some of this and a little bit of that. Now, when Bruce Lee and Ed Parker were living in Mr. Parker's house they noticed that the idea to "mix" styles was the true way becuz fighting evolves. Parker said screw the Chinese names and get down to biz.....modern MMA was born!

  • @ken162008 i totally agree with that. so we've got BJJ, muay thai, boxing, wrestling.

i don't think anyone in mma would add karate to that list, though

  • @toroga1 I disagree I think wrestling is a martial arts and so is boxing.

  • @ken162008 is wrestling not considered a martial art?

what about krav maga? that looks like it would be effective in real street fights. but i never see anyone in ufc that's trained in it...maybe cuz you don't see a lot of people from Israel in mma

  • @Qikung Man I belive you Kempo Karate is no joke I just wish you were there and every other legit Marital Artest who should of fought them Gracies,Becuase ever scents they beat a couple losers that claim to know how to fight. They been on top ever scents 80s, Making every body believe that besides Jujitsu Muay Thai no other Marital Art is not effective in a real street fight!

  • @TooFlyForMoney lol u r retard

  • @SUPERSTUD6000 I think your the imbecile seriously do you see how incorrectly your sentence was written? " what fucking imbecile he is"

  • like i've said before in other videos of his, his form is sloppy and an opponent will never stay still, one question if you get beat up would you try and run away. or stand there like an idiot, watch the video and you'll know what i am talking about

  • at 1:10, " i might grab a little bit of that arm pit hair..."

    lol,

    what fucking imbecile he is.

  • @SUPERSTUD6000

LOL! So true man. His body mechanics was very poor. His feet didn't even move throughout the whole technique except for that "finishing" kick. No hip movements make punches very weak. It looks like he's stretching to hit the guy. Plus he's bending forward, making him unbalanced. 10th degree my ass.
