@ReminentMemoirs I don't remember that. My brother has talked to him at length (I used to work on ff music) and from what I heard it was Gackt thinking it was based of him. that's why he got project G in Derge.

@sakuramari Yeah! Me too. He looks exactly like him ^^ he even moves like him. Gackt has that typical bishonen-look that you can base most characters on, so there is no wonder people like to use him as model. I'd do too if I was a animator XD Now I can only use his good looks as base for my drawings :3

@tapmem I think more recently, FF7-BC Genesis resembles Gackt more, but not sure if there is a figure of Genesis available or not. Genesis is the tough cool guy, but Squall is kinda mysterious and has a shy cuteness about him. Gackt is cool with cute moments too though :)

@shimeng I didn't know that he was based on Gackt at the time when the game came out, but Squall has always been my favourite FF hero :) xx

I realised that FF7- BC's Genesis was Gackt as soon as I saw him though ;)

@sakuramari I've aways admired Tetsuya Nomura, and when he used Gackt as inspiration for Squall I was just extatic <3
