2 parts of the interview are best:

- 1:20 mark where he gathers his leaders for 3 hours a week...i work for a tiny company and we're lucky to get 1 1/2 hours a week...but a good/healthy habit for any company

- 2:35...retaining/acquiring talent is a function of both running a company by ideas and not hiearchy

seems simple as it rolls off the tongue/on the page - in practice, takes discipline
