That song was not made for his voice to sing. He just doesn't sing like Arch so this song just does not work for Alder. Stop trying to sing Arch's stuff and we'll be a bit happier.

This is why I never thought Ray was the right replacement for Arch a something they shouldn't have done ever in the first place but if they were it should have been somebody who could hit the octaves back then; so steal Midnight from Crimson Glory or call the guy from Agent steel etc.I know some people love Alder but the band wrote this song he's killing and any musician will tell you they wouldn't have written it and recorded it unless they had love for it especially in this genre of music.
