Upg 0 1 vs 4 2 on ultra?Why?Why no dark archon?Can get sniped but u take down lot of mutas.Maybe p knew if he did HT+DA z would switch to hydra+lurk,which maybe are harder to counter. Basicaly he managed to win with mutas+scourge vs archon+corsair.Inpresive.

He was upgraded with muta air (+1 defense) and zerg melee/carapace, I don't think he had the time to upgrade hydra stuff to counter zealot/archon.

But I have to admit that Jaedong is playing so cost effective with his units. Also in the other game with Leta he expands and holds off anything which can come at him. That is so ballsy. You really got to have the apm for that.

Jaedongs units are zerg but they have the cost effectiveness of protoss units .

Movie made big mistake not sending second probe out earlier. Jaedong could have finished the game much earlier if he just wen directly for mutas. But it ended up fine for Movie.

Then Jaedong goes for mass defense and only muta ling. Ok it is nice to see him micro like that but plz next time get some hydras. You can say whatever you want about saving for ultras orso but not getting hydras is just show off, it could have saved him some sunkens and drones.

not getting hydras gives JD more gas for mutas and scourges. its a different style that effort have been experimenting with and been successful. he might have given up ground superiority, but he gains air superiority and transitions great to hive.

the gas saved gives JD air control. which means movie can't make temps... which he didn't.

making hydra is a different build, with a different counter. zerglings/sunkens/mutas is plenty to defend especially with 4 gas JD have, its gg once he gets to hive tech.
