Watford Herts, Police Breaking the LAW AND LIEING !! JUNE 2011

In this video the police have not been given consent to detain and search the Young boy who i might add is 16 years old! The police as you can clearly hear make up sections of acts that do not exsit under the CRIMINAL EVIDENCE ACT! The police have stripped searched this child without consent as both mother and child stated they do not understand why the police have to strip search him! a complaint has been made.....PLEASE NOTE AN ACT IS NOT LAW AND CAN ONLY BE ENFORCED BY THE POLICE ON YOU, IF YOU AGREE!!!! that means if you give them your Name, Date of Birth, or if you tell them you understand what they are saying/ or about to do to you!!!! ALWAYS FILM THEM FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THERES AND LET THEM KNOW THAT!!! never back down and fall in the trap of consenting them to ENFORCE an Act on you which is not Law!!! Watford Police are institutionally racist!!! they ONLY stop BLACK children and search them WITHOUT THE CHILD OR PARENTS CONSENT THIS IS BREAKING THE LAW AND IT NEEDS TO STOP NOW!!!!!!

IT DOES NOT EXSIST!!! @234shelly1 You can believe I'm racist if you like, that appears to be your aim. I'll just re-iterate what I said before, there is no evidence of racism in your video. The police quite clearly state the reason for searching the boy - he associates with a known drug dealer! Accept the fact that they were doing their job, and would have stopped anybody else they suspected of associating with this person, black or white. Sorry if that doean't back up your theory of everyone hating black people.

you do not have to break the law to be searched, if the police have any sort of suspicion that someone is acting either "suspicious" or "has something on them they shouldn't" they have the legal right to search them.
