This is the Krueger family. You might know Bill Krueger former major league baseball player with the Oakland As and Seattle Mariners, among other teams. He and his wife, Jo, have a 16-year-old daughter with autism. They say shes recovered, and as youll see in the video, she is thriving. They share all the secrets from diet to therapies to their at-home activities that made Chanel better. Shes gone from a non-verbal 3-year-old to a chatty, funny, delightful teenager. And the family? They are the exception to the average 80% divorce rate for families of children with autism. Theyve stayed together through all their struggles. Beyond that, they have founded an autism center to help teens and adults make their way in the world. Presented by Trusera, the online network where you can find and share real-world experiences with others who have been there. Come. Listen. Share.

  • im in love with Jo ...

  • Eight years ago my son was diagnosed by four different doctors with autism. With a lot of prayer and hard work no one can hardly tell he has it . He is 11 years old now . He is one of the smartest kids in his class. He has lots of friends now. He still seems to have attention issues we are working on that. I'm not saying miracle cure. With GOD all thing possible. PLEASE DON'T GET MAD AT OTHERS FOR THEIR SUCCESSES WITH THIS TRYING DISORDER.

Ester Seals is where my son went for his treatments.

  • hope. :)

  • Did she have Autism or Asperger's?

  • The tips are so wonderful. She is such a beautiful girl. She seems like she is doing so well God Bless your Family.

  • No way one gets over autism. You learn to manage, to learn social skills, speech however the amygdala in the brain is under developed therefore empathy is impossible. One can learn to mimic, and very well too however think of the implications

  • Yet another beautiful and charismatic young woman with Asperger's.

  • because they have the money to cure their child

  • What a beautiful story of hope...just as they intended, my daughter, who is around the same age as their daughter, has Autism and, after watching this by myself first, then choosing to let her watch it with me, as I do all Autism videos, she is starting to open up little by little to tell me more. I always knew her intelligence & laughter was there...she has won spelling bees, etc. Watching this family is helping us work together to progress more! Thank you so much Krueger Family!

  • I think it is lovely that they acknowledgement of families that suffer from having to work and not being able to be there as much! She is a beautiful child I hope my son can have a normal life!
