I highly doubt this is happening in the UK but if it did, good luck trying to take mine,I'll see you in court! I mean ours was attacted by a Poodle cross in the park and walked away wimpering! Really 'dangerous breed' that! But hey,if they can't even run the country (their job believe it or not),what chance have the govenment got in knowing about dogs?! How about we have a fucking stupid idiot ban and a crack down on animal cruelty, dog fights and chavs over breeding them to sell for crack!

are they actully bannin the staffy !! :(

dog ban pisses me off if a dog attacks they shame the breed if a paki bombs our country (uk) u dont ban them . Perfetic i have a staff shes great i rescued her shes 13 month and bostrous and gets on great with my male dog and everyone she comes in contact with but sadly because she is a staffy people are scared they wont go near her shes too dangrous for kids too stroke . . . Oh my days a staff is a brilliant breed and they wont ban it and if they did theyd have to shoot me to get my dog . . .

what does the ban exactly do ?. STAFFIES ARE AWESOME

"It's not the dog, it's the owner." My only answer to them is: Who cares? Once the pit bull has attacked, the damage is done. Punishing the owner is not going to give little Jennifer, Jose or Adam back their nose or ears or arms. They will go through life maimed, sometimes beyond recognition, all for the sake of a few people's self-proclaimed "right" to own a killing machine." one of the dumbest things I've heard in a while from a guy saying Denver is safer than Dallas for BSL.

if staffies ever get ban i wont let them take mine because shes scared of kittens realy savage dog

My 4 month old staffy is so cute and funny. if you lie on the flooet to your face to lick it and and pretend to cry he will start whining and he will run to you and try to lick your face and when he finally gets to you he jumps on you and licks you and then you covered in dog saliva lol :D i love him to the max he is a little pain he bites alot *only when he gets excited and hes teething atm* but he is so playful and always wanting to have human contact with him he LOVES children!!!
I think the people who dont like this breed are the people who seen all the news about the pitbull attacks that they think this breed is a vicous dog just because it looks like a pitbull

altho Pitbulls arent vicious...it depends on the dog. How they are brought up.

Just like people are a product of nature and nurture so too are animals. However a staffies nature is to be loyal, friendly and loving.. Ironically its their loyalty that makes them good fighters because they will do anything for their families including sacrafice their own lives. Thats the sick part about it, I wouldnt like to say what I would do to people who hurt animals. These sick 'people' would do the same to children and the laws should be a lot tougher for scum convicted of dog fighting

I absolutly agree :) Its not fair on these poor dogs its how they are brought up and raised and the law should know that :(

it is all about the owners as i also have a staff and she is the most softest and dopey dog u have ever come across, and a friend of mine has a very vishious springer who was misstreated before she got her, its the OWNER NOT THE BREAD.....

absolutly correct I AGREE :)
I looove staffs and my best mayte has an american bulldog and he just play bites and he's really dopey :) Its the owner - how they raise a dog it effects their personalities etc...
