Neva Masquerade and Siberian are the same breed. A neva masquerade is a colorpoint siberian. Now, some breeders do not agree with the above statement and classify both into two distinctive breeds. But both TICA and CFA associations class the neva masquerade under the siberian breed.
It has been subject to many debates in the past few years, and still has not been solved. Neva masquerade are rare, but there are good breeders in las vegas and Toronto.
