Derby Festé 2011 - Trailer

Derby Festé 2011 kicks off on Friday 23rd September at 7pm with a magical Fire Garden. Expect fire based installations like fiery trees and red hot flowers, live performances and roaming musicians. The Fire Garden will also feature skateboarding experts with a choreographed commission developed with Déda, create your own music at the Giant Chimes and see performances by fire experts FlameOz.

On Saturday 24th the streets will come alive with music, dance and entertainment including the return of the spectacular Spanish street arts company Sarruga, as they present Peixos (The Fish), transforming the city centre into a vivid and amazing seabed of giant illuminated fish and creatures from the deep.

Be sure to follow their parade towards a fantastic finale on Cathedral Green, before dancing the night away at a red-hot outdoor salsa party presented by Absolute Salsa and Déda.
