5.2. Conical Bend Test
5.2.1. The cone shall withstand a 180 degree bend at a temperature of 15℉
(-9.4 ℃)with no evidence of cracking, splitting or breaking after testing. Testing consists of placing the cone in its normal position on a flat and level surface and folding the cone at a point near the middle of its vertical height so the upper tip touches the surface on whic the base is resting. when released, the cone shall return to its orignal vertical position.
