Cold Training 2011

Just some footage showing a little part of my training.
The aim of this video is not to show spectacular moves, but my will to repeat.
I filmed each move only once and used all the clips I had.

I've been stressing out lately in my parkour training...I always want to attempt the big jumps that i know i am not ready for.

This video helps remind myself that I shouldn't rush..
