just me failing at teaching kung fu to my friend some time ago right before my back went out. i was failing so bad because when ever i slow down too much i loose what the hell i am doing. i was trained with speed not to be slow so it confuses me. and this is after 3 years of trying to teach this guy. kung fu was just not for him or i was just a really bad teacher he did go on to karate and challenged me a few times yet i never lost. never even got hit.
@Daisycutt3r thanks man. i was really good back in the day and use to do compactions and was even offered a spot as asst trainer to my sifu. this video was a few years after that and my back was already starting to go. i will get back there.

back straight.. bum in .help each other stretch.put his leg on your shoulder.If you take 3 deep slow breaths on a stretch the oxygen will feed the muscle mass allowing you to stretch that lil bit further.try train side by side some people don't mirror well. enjoy watching your vids bro.
