I accept - January 2nd - MY RULES - ..and I will get my OCW Contract back

After scrambling Walker/Hangman's brains not once, but twice, with a chair, he has challenged me to a fight on January 2nd, 2010 as part of OCW's Hangover event. I accept this challenge on the following conditions:

1) It is non-sanctioned.
2) It is a no holds barred match
3) I am given my OCW contract back once I defeat him.
