Black Hawk Down ist ein US-amerikanischer Kriegsfilm aus dem Jahr 2001. Der unter der Regie des Briten Ridley Scott gedrehte Spielfilm schildert eine Episode des Bürgerkrieges in Somalia, die Schlacht von Mogadischu 1993. Als Vorlage des auf Tatsachen beruhenden Films diente das Buch Black Hawk down - kein Mann bleibt zurück (Originaltitel: Black Hawk down) des Journalisten Mark Bowden. Dieses ist gleichzeitig auch so etwas wie der inoffizielle Bericht der Kampfhandlungen des 3. Oktober 1993, da das Pentagon Mark Bowden zwar Zugang zu allen Quellen gab, tatsächlich jedoch kein zusammenfassender Bericht existierte.

@MegaEversman hast recht ist mein lieblingsfilm besonders tragisch weil das auch in echt passiert ist mir kommen zwar keine tränen aber ist trotzdem tragisch aber den film haben sie echt geil hingekriegt super film aber ziemlich brutal wie zb.rakete explodiert und nur ein halber soldat bleibt übrig also daumen hoch
