@rachellaughs Not all chicago areas are dangrous.fuller park is the most dangrous part of chicago I think The really most safe areas are Ohare, West ridge Lincoln spaure, Dunning, lincoln park Here are some areas that are safe Logan spaure, West town, Near north heres some areas that are half saf: New city, Loop, Near south, Austin, South chicago, Chicago lawn heres some areas that are dangrous Westgarf park, Greater grand crossing. some dangrous areas Washington Park, East garfield park

Yes, there are pockets of crime as is in all major cities, but overall Chicago is a great destination for food, sights, shopping, etc.
