why could not they arrest him earlier. why yesterday. ? It is all because that he WAS going to be make an affidevit tomorrow. And election monitoring commmitees have requested carbon copies of voting sheets, but EC has failed to forward it to relevant authorities yet. Soon it will be known that the election was a not free and fair. Then, reelected Presdident could go home.
