Port Orchard - a picturesque, friendly small town on Puget Sound's west side. Whether you drive across the twin suspension bridges of the Tacoma Narrows, cruise scenic Rich Passage on a Washington State ferry or sail into Port Orchards' reknowned marina, "the adventure begins with the journey." Port Orchard is famous for being the inspiration of the Cedar Cove series of books by best-selling author, Debbie Macomber.

  • That can't be port orchard....the sky is blue in the videos....it's usually gray -_-

  • This should carry a Clown Warning D:

  • I've done that! My best friend lives in Port Orchard and I had the chance to come and visit him from Utah in 2009.

    The place is beautiful!

We loved riding the ferries from Seattle to Bremerton. We got to see plenty of cool and picture perfect places. One was Point No Point beach.

We hope to go back and visit again.

Thanks for putting this up, brought back some good memories.

  • How ironic.I live in Vegas and my family may be moving to Port Orchard this summer...we too need a change!

  • I also grew up there and found plenty to do without getting into any trouble as a teen. I moved away a few years ago because I thought I needed a change. Moved to Las Vegas and now would give just about anything to move back :(

  • @5red5red Really? What does it suck. Or, maybe, you suck. I grew up there. Live in Vegas now, but wish more and more that I was back home. You don't like it...MOVE!
