  • For all those who say his stance is too wide. Check his heels on his way back up. You'll notice they are coming up and he is driving from his toes (most drive power comes from heels). In order to correct this, he'll need to widen his stance. Alternatively, he can improve ankle flexibility. At the end of the day, the question should be does he want to work posterior or anterior chain, and make his adjustments accordingly.

  • I think your squat stance is too wide.

  • They're 25 pound rubber bumper plates on the bar. The wider plates in the racks to each side are 45 pounders.

  • hmmm....lets try adding a 45lbs bar along with two 25lbs bumper plates and see what ya get. great vid and great form! but since this is youtube i gotta be a critic and say i would like to see more of your weight on your heels and not on your toes along with your elbows slightly higher and out away from your body!

  • First and foremost I'm pretty sure that's 135 lbs or so. Not 95 lbs. Unless the bar doesn't weigh anythin.
