carlosian2 is Jon's youtube channel. This is another favorite of mine. Rose-Anne is my older sister. She was also a very accomplished classical pianist. She trained me in the classics from age seven til age nineteen. Even though she was eleven years older than I, she was one of my best friends. She was loved because she made everyone feel like they were the most wonderful person on earth. She also had a great sense of humor. I dedicated this song to her when she died at age 30. It expresses love, sorrow, peace and assurance I feel that I will see her again. You can even hear anticipation for that reunion.

i went to a jon schmidt concert right after my older brother died.. this song was sooo emotional and i related to it so well. it helped me over come a lot... i learned how to play it in memory of my brother as well. (:

@BitterSweetZombie my cousin ( age 13 ) took his own life 2 weeks ago. north pole express by john schmidt was his favorite song, and since that 1 phone call with the tradgic news i have been listening to john schmidt's songs everyday when i get home from school
