Traveling Rings is not hard to do. Just a ton of fun! It can be very progressive, so one can do some very difficult skills similar to any Gymnastics apparatus. To put several difficult skills together in sequence can be an art form.

KABS fitness is in Elk Grove (Sacramento area) Giants Gymnastics is in Tustin (southern California) near Irvine and Santa Anna area.

I have Traveling Rings up in my gym in the city of Tustin You're welcome to travel anytime you're out this way. We manufacture our own rings so if you know anyone in LA willing to put up rings we'll help them set up.

Do you mean Shantessa Pama? If so she goes to a gym in Southern California. Kabs Fitness is in Nor Cal.
