Nice video. I always wondered how gymnasts train and what kind of workouts they do. Any tips for beginners as ot where to start to build up to this?

@rlam12 hi joing your local gymnastics club would be the obvious place to strart ;-) barring that the ineternet and gymnsticbodies would also be a great place to start..

@MulletBoyHolden at 20 years old you still have at least another 6-8 years before you reach your peak strength, so no you have plenty of time left, as the above comment says you are never to old, I know ex gymnasts who still train at 40years plus, and one guy who is 70+!!!
