IHB RR at Dolton, IL

A single EMD SD38-2 powers a consist of the IHB Railroad through Dalton, IL. These rails host the IHB, CSX, Norfolk Southern, UP, BNSF, and Amtrak.

I have noticed in photographs/videos that IHB Railroad always seem to use the minimum number of locomotives when possible. I have seen single GP38-2 of IBH haul long trains (i assume, as most pics one can't see the end of the train).
