Testing out a new GoPro HD Motorsports Hero camera and messing around. The car is a 2010 Mustang GT with a Roush M90 supercharger. The end of the video was strictly for scientific purposes. I had to see if the camera would stick to the windshield during one of those OMG! WTF! moments. It stayed well.

  • Nice vid bro, I have the same cam, did you try to mount it on the exterior with the sucker thingny? Did it scratch the paint? Is it reliable? Thanks.

  • @malodorant

I mounted it on the car in the exhaust video i made and it held fine at highway speeds. For this video it was in the car.

  • Nice, any idea on how much power you're making at the wheels?

  • @xJTF2x i haven't had it on a dyno, these cars typically are in the 360 to 380 whp range. i have read one review where a 427r put 400 to the wheels stock. it depends on the motor and how much boost the blower has. It is rated for 5 psi, but some have a bit more and some a bit less. According to my boost gauge its right at 6 psi. Missed the club dyno day, but i expect about 370whp. the blower is rated at 435hp with 5psi.

  • @Terreos true dat

  • @TheOnlyElders You might want to consider the tvs 2300 roush instead of the m90. M90 shouldn't be compared to the mammoth as that is in another league. Another supercharger to consider is a whipple. All depends on what you plan to do with your car. If you want a little extra to run with the new 2011 and 2012 mustangs the m90 can get you there and should support up to 500 hp at the crank with a proper tune and support mods. If not. . .there are many better superchargers for the money.

  • @TheOnlyElders obviously the mammoth but on stock internals your engine will go poof

  • Really looking to get the M90, but also thinking about a KB mammoth . Which is better?

  • I could almost swear this is on 69 in tyler, tx

  • @astronot29 I have clocked with the pulley upgrade and the G-Tech Pro SS Meter a 0-60 in... my fastest was 4.1 seconds. but i still roasted the tires in second, so i really don't know what it would run with traction. My setup is a 5-Speed, 3.73 Rear, Track Pack. Stock Clutch, stock tires, Flow master 2 chamber mufflers, M90 with 2.57mm SC pulley.

  • @smcg1217 Up to you man, i have the upgrade kit on my RoushCharged mustang, the kit includes a bigger MAF sensor, Bigger Idler Pulley, and smaller Supercharger pulley. The Smaller pulley brings boost to 7-9psi which makes 480WHP and 425WTQ. I have no clue what that is at the crank. Ultimately it depends on your tranny, and package as to what you will run but i ran mid 12's on street tires. If you want the link PM me and ill send it to you. im not sure if it is needed, but i had a retune done.

  • I know exactly where this is at. what are the odds?
