I read the diary of Shackleton and others and they felt there was a fourth person accompanying them as they crossed this island; surely it was the presense of God who guided them. How else could one explain this miraculous crossing?

I heard the first time someone tried to recreate this trip it took much longer than Shackleton and his men, this with no proper gear, half starved and no map. those were real men!!!!!!!!!

This crossing had not the hardships suffered by Shackleton's and his two people in the first crossing ever. They took with them the less possible load and their clothing was thus absolutely inappropriate, even for the time they expected to do the whole trip across the glacier and much less to spend a night in the open. No GPS, no mapping, no walkie-talkies, no skis, but certainly with the company of "the fourth presence". A good film work though.

yor not anouther consparisy theorist are you lol.
Yes, this is following the footsteps of Sir Ernest Shackleton and his team as they made the final crossing from King Haakon Bay to Stromness and ultimately salvation in 1917. Amazing adventure, and an amazing story!
