Honestly the atomic bombs during world war 2 is not justifiable,but the "kill millions to save Billions" logic plays a big part.Im sure its hard to bomb those people,but I tink its a necessary deed that must be done.choosing the lesser of two evils

@kelnology even if terrorism ever comes to SG , i am sure our security is up to task. first of all we got Kia-si and paranoid civilians all over the place, ready to report any suspicious people, and secondly we got a great counter-terrorism force. the only way to defeat terrorism is with Education and Brute force. giving in to terrorist's demands and fearing them allows terrorism to Work. we cant let terrorists view Violence as a viable way to solve political issues.
