Driving a Jet-kart on public roads!

Here I drive my home build jet-kart on the public roads around my town. The weather was bad, but that didn't spoil the fun. I reached a top speed of 55km/h, which is good, but not the best. There are minor technical reasons why I could not go any faster and they will be solved in a couple of weeks from now. Unfortunatly I don't have much time anymore to speed up the whole building process. I'd like to take the upportunity to thank my dad and brother to help me out to get this on film. I think it worked out fine.

what type of motor and oil pump did you use?

The oil pump is a 12v oil scavange pump. The oil is 5W30 full synthetic oil.

which were your technical reasons that didnt let you to increase your top speed record?

Mainly fuel supply problems, not enough fuel... The jet nozzle was too small as well, to achieve more thrust.
