I've always thought the excellent Detroit Spinners were very underrated at Motown. This typical Spinners track has been confined to the Vaults since 1967. I'm glad to say it has now been officially released so please let me know what you think of this nice song. Once again it's made in 1080p HD for the technical info. JOHN

  • absolutely top stuff!takes me back 40 years

  • Yes, indeed, I'm glad you like it, I've had Motown nostalgia since the 60's!. I wonder what happened to the Spinners? It was nice to see Berry Gordy again after all these years paying tribute to Michael Jackson as he is very rarely seen nowadays! he was always shy of public appearances. I'm just adding another track at this moment, too, feel free to watch it if you like? JOHN

  • Always in my top ten.

  • Classic... It's just beautiful and is making me nostalgic, I'm going to have a beautiful music of Motown day.

  • The instrumental track is the same one used when Chuck Jackson recorded this tune - his version was released in 1969-

  • superb sound, as you say motownmagic a very underated group

  • In the Summer of 2009, Harold "Spike Deleon" Bonhart left the Spinners, and was replaced by vocalist Marvin Taylor.

The group is actively touring with two of its surviving original members (Fambrough and Smith), Charlton Washington, Jessie Peck, and Marvin Taylor
