Counter-Strike Source Problem d3d9.dll

hl2.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point D3DPERF_SetOptions could not be located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll


i tried to download d3d9.dll file and put in to the directory folder but it doesn't work :(
Please help me
i want to play Counter Strike Source
i really need your help..

u can download dll files u know just google it example: if ur game is missing d3d9.dll

type in google d3d9.dll then download it if other game have the same problem like dll files is missing u can just google it the download :) (sory for my bad english)...

@alija638 Please help!I deleted directx 10 for xp with Directx eradictor 2.0 and now i cant install it!!!
