A chef Simone Chevis, do restaurante do Centro da Cultura Judaica, mostra o preparo deste bolinho de peixe, um clássico da culinária asquenaze, típica do Leste Europeu. É feito com traíra e carpa moídas, modelado com farinha de pão ázimo e cozido em caldo de peixe.
