Donegal superintendent statement on student killed in crash

Zachary Scott Millhouse, 17, of Mount Joy Township, was pronounced dead at the scene of single-car crash along Route 283.

At Thursday's school board meeting, Donegal superintendent Susan Ursprung said the community was saddened by the death of Millhouse.

"We extend our sympathies to the Millhouse family," she said.

She said students will be offered support services from the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 Flight Team, a group trained to respond to traumatic situations.
