3. A printer of that price would still be something I would be completely unwilling to pay for since I have nothing else I actually need it for.

@salanos You can pick up one of these printers for less than $1500 NZD. It won't be the quality of the Roland but it certain can produce the same results as he's printed in the video. That's easy stuff.
