@JustinU1984 Where does this hate come from? is it towards all? Or the criminal aspect of them that we are all capable of which can be demonstrated through statistics? I only wonder because I wonder should patriots ever be called on I am more than sure there would be many ready to do what was necessary to protect the country just as you would.. would your hate exist then I wonder..if ever, one or many you hate..saved your life without thinking about theirs..would it still exist? Just asking.
This turns me off in several ways. First, I am a Texas resident who hates niggers and mexicans, therefore I vote Republican. I assoicate said acts with those vermin scum. I believe that the republican party should not cater to niggers and spics by using their language. The only good nigger is one on an oak tree.
She CAN turn this to her advantage in the long run. All she needs to do is turn this rap into an "Independent" campaign ad. Have the rap done by a group of 18-21 year olds(with a little more boom in the speaker) & you have yourself a catchy little radio spot & TV jingle. BUT NO MORE RAPPIN' in TOWNHALL / SPEECH settings.
Okay. Point taken. People, Texans included, are swayed by gimmicks and surface. They will play this over and over but not the speeches and God forbid they pick up a book or newspaper. We get the leaders we deserve, so it does look bad for Medina.
I know Perry and Hutchinson have raised millions. In the end, though, it's votes that win elections. My point wasn't that $10K is a ton of money, but that this was a small gathering with some great speeches and enthusiastic supporters--that it was more than the "gimmick" of the "Redneck Rapper."
You can talk about Perry's hair until you are blue in the face. It won't get you any closer to Austin.
Its great she is running... really. But, this little screw-up will be played over & over & over again during the election. Now if you think this little, cultural faux pas, won't hurt Medina in the world of hard nose politics.... you don't know enough about Texas to get involved in it politics.

My point is.... the only thing that the voters will see of this small gathering, over & over again, is the "Redneck Rapper".
Leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
