Of ALL the 102, 952 stray animals picked up off the streets of Virginia in 2009, 94,531 were euthanised. Of that 94,531, PETA provided a FREE and humane release to 2,301. 11,096 animals came through PETA's door in 2009, 8,682 received FREE vet services, including sterilisation, and went home with their guardians.

@CDLver Why did peta have to buy a walk in freezer for $9370.00? Quote from Ingrid Newkrik. “Sometime the only kind option for an animal is to put them to sleep forever". peta killed 1325 dog and cats brought to their headquarters, out of 2103. So, 778 animals survived peta. Almost 2/3. BTW The insulin she (Marybeth) uses is made in dogs. How is that NOT an animal product?

@CDLver Yeah, you can say that, but they did put some facts out there. Fact, peta VP Marybeth Sweetland is a type 1 diabetic. Fact she uses insulin that uses animals to make. She also did state “I don’t see myself as a hypocrite, I need my life to save animals”. How is her life more precious than anyone else. Peta also killed more than 70% of the animals brought to them. A act they may be, but how does alter the facts? You silly large fool.
